As with all data that we handle, confidentiality is a priority. We are registered with the information commissioner for data protection and all our staff have signed confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. We also have an additional confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement that we would sign with clients which deals with Data Protection.
When your scanned images are returned to you, we can encrypt every file using AES 256 encryption technology to secure the CDs or flash drive. If we are scanning onsite all hardware stays onsite until the project is finished so no data ever need leave site.
